OVERVIEW
After more than 20 years providing consumer products. packaging and finished goods to our customers ASAP has developed an end-to-end supply chain process that is intelligent, modular and highly versatile. We can design, source, manufacture and deliver your product or provide you with an engineered solution that delivers the combination of services best suited to meet your companies needs.
CONSULTATION
As a modular service agency we will work with you to plug your project in at the level best suited to achieving the desired results. Our job is to listen and gain an understanding of your vision, goals and objectives in order to establish a strategy, set expectations and build a roadmap for getting you where you want to be. Customers should be prepared to provide reference samples, drawings and any other forms of inspiration that might help us gain the essence of your product.
DESIGN
We understand the relationship between design and manufacturing must be carefully managed to ensure materials, finishes and construction techniques are in alignment with cost-effective production methods. Whether your project requires simple mock ups or detailed tech packs we can provide you with clearly illustrated graphics that distill your concept into a mutually understood vision. Additionally, we have a full-service graphics agency on retainer and available should you need professional design assistance.
DEVELOPMENT
A key component of our process involves taking your vision from design to tangible product through a series of counter samples. Our goal is to intelligently refine your product, taking advantage of the latest manufacturing techniques, through prototyping and redesign until final sample approval is achieved . This process requires collaboration between the customer, our factory and ASAP to ensure every aspect of the project is considered and all pre-defined goals are achieved before moving into production.
PRODUCTION
Whether you work directly with our factories in Asia or ASAP brokers the goods for you we will oversee and manage production from beginning to end eliminating the uncertainty of overseas sourcing. ASAP and our trusted factory partners offer a wide range of services including high-volume production, standardized quality control programs, environmental compliance and on-site production and inventory management. Our factories also adhere to a strict code of human rights and workplace accountability.
LOGISTICS
To us logistics means ocean freight, air freight, trucking, rail, couriers, tariffs, quota, customs, consolidation, security, insurance, telex releases, demurrage, labeling, packing, contractor coordination, duty rates and inventory tracking. But most important logistics to us means constant oversight of your product from the time it leaves the production line to the moment it reaches that final destination.
